The following are required in order to confirm your reservation:
A 50% deposit of the total reservation price; 30% of the total reservation price is non-refundable.
The remaining balance (50%) is requested 8 weeks before arrival.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card( only VISA or MasterCard)

A 300€ cash refundable security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded after check-out.

For cancellations or reduction in length of stay received within 90 days before arrival date, a penalty fee of 30% of the reservation price will be debited.
If the cancellation or reduction in length of stay is received between 90 and 60 days before arrival date, we will debit a penalty fee of 50% of the reservation price.
If cancellation or reduction in length of stay is received less than 60 days from the arrival date, we will charge the full amount
Please note that in case of a reduction in the length of stay, the above rules will be applied on the cancelled days.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the entire amount of the reservation will be required, as initially planned.
Check-in is from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. In case of delayed arrival please notify us the day before your arrival.
Check-out is between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. In case of early departure please notify us 1 day in advance.
